Nice little church that has been used as a dance studio for many years. Beautiful wood plank flooring has been installed. The kitchen is used as a dance area and comes complete with a refrigerator and microwave. There are 6 tables and 20 chairs, as well as a piano, organ, sound system, 2 desks and a dehumidifier. It has well water and comes equipped with a water softener. There are 11 wooden pews, some of which are stored in the attic with access by pull-down stairs. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 utility room off the kitchen and 1 office or Sunday school room at the front of the church. The front door and roof need work but it is usable as it is and does not leak. You could have a dance on Saturday and a church service on Sunday! There are dance classes Tues thru Sat evenings.
